ค่อนข้างเก่าและไม่แนะนำ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักเก่าและไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร และรูมเซอร์วิสไม่ตอบสนองตามเวลา อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างเรียบง่ายและต้องจ่ายค่าเครื่องดื่ม

Bad Bad Bad - should be rated below 1 star. Checked in online for two days. My worse stay ever in last 30 years. I paid almost Rs4200 per night. Money in the drain. Dirty sheets, dirty bath showers, unsanitary place, cracked floors, paint is chipping off or smudged poorly. Slow single elevator, poor preparation of breakfast items, stale bread, dirty spoons and cups. Do not fall for glass tall building. Inside it looks UNTIDY and UNSANITARY. They did not want to clean up my room 2nd days. I confronted to clean my room and went to dinner. I came back and room was still dirty. I told front desk ***ager to change my room. He had a bad attitude. Bad hospitality skills. Every staff member is on the phone all the time. Bell desk is in the lobby is on the phone. They don’t help. This place is beyond nightmare. DO NOT GO TO TURQUOISE HOTEL

Worst experience ever rooms are so smelly, dust everywhere staff so rude and furniture is in a very bed condition even the room tiles have gap between them. We could also see fungus on the wi dow the towels which where provided where already dirty

the worse stayis ever had in my life. Here is completely fraud going on . They are taking a huge amount of tariff with guest And put it on their pocket and write a small amount of tariff on the reg card . We were check in at night 15/03/204 at 12:10pm the person at night Mr. Rahul Thakur took 3500 in their account and mention on the reg card 2000 tariff. As well as he chnged our mobile no. and check in time (10:30pm of 14/03/24) this time we did not enter in chd…. If you are still choose this hotel kindly take your final bill copy with u and check the tariff….

Rooms are in soo poor condition! Worst hospitality and unhygienic conditions of the room I Immediately made a checkout within 10 mins after entering the room! The price we are paying is ridiculous for this hotel! The staff is so weird with the customers

Hotel located well, about 20 mins from airport. Though rooms are good size, the bathrooms need upgrade. Tiles were dirty and there was black mould in ***y areas . There was no hot water when we used the bath before our early morning flight We had room service which was prompt and tasty Hotel is good for an overnight stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chandigarh and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The room I was assigned was in poor condition. The furniture was worn out, the beds were uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. It was definitely not what I expected. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and uncooperative. When I tried to address the issues with the room or request assistance, they were unresponsive and lacked proper communication skills. It made me feel like they did not value their guests' comfort or satisfaction. One of the major letdowns was the lack of food provided. A hotel should always have food available for their guests, especially if they advertise it as part of their amenities. It was frustrating to have to go out and find meals elsewhere, especially when I was expecting the convenience of having food on-site. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The state of the room, the uncooperative staff, and the absence of food made for an unpleasant stay. It's important to have a comfortable and welcoming environment when you're traveling, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in those aspects.
